Could you be one of Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars?

Exciting news here at Froghop – we’ve been approached by Gordon Ramsay’s production team for a new BBC TV show, Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars.

But it’s not us they’re after. As supporters of innovative food and drinks companies, they know we’re in a prime position to spread the word to those who may relish this opportunity. They’re looking food entrepreneurs at the cutting edge of the industry.

Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars, coming to BBC One

Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars is an eight-part series due to start filming in May. They are looking for 12 entrepreneurs with an exciting and innovative idea in development, in early production or actually trading. It could be a product, a piece of food tech, a food stall or truck, or something completely new. Whatever your level of experience, if you have a brilliant idea and the passion to succeed, they want to hear from you.

The successful applicants will be put through a series of challenges inspired by Ramsay’s own career. At the end of the competition, one winner will receive the renowned chef’s mentorship and an investment to take their idea to the next level.

What are they looking for?

To win, it will take more than just a great idea. Contenders will need to prove they possess what it takes to succeed: drive, dedication, passion and talent. As you might expect, outspoken Ramsay will push contestants to their limits through a series of relentless challenges inspired by his life and career.

The full prize package will be revealed soon but, winner or not, those filmed will receive great publicity for their companies and an opportunity to showcase and test out new ideas to huge TV audiences. The programme hopes to “celebrate excellence and allow talent to shine through the process.”
