We’re going to delve deeper into the weird and wonderful world of Shelf Life Testing and unwanted ‘ingredients’ on Friday 30th October. We’ll share some food horror stories about what can end up growing in your food and drink products. We’ll also look at all kinds of unwanted ‘treats’ that are found in food with a gallery of foreign bodies and explore the science involved in decaying food. Of course, we’ll also tell you what tests and approaches will help you avoid such problems with your food and drink products.
On top of all that we’re going to give you some ideas for creating spooky effects with food and drink so you can wow your friends and family at your Halloween parties. There might even be some fancy dress too.
