We’re delighted to be sponsoring the brilliant Food Tech Matters event. It’s where food tech start-ups, investors, innovators and big names come together to discuss topics like alternative proteins, novel ingredients, emerging food tech, innovation and much more.
Food Tech Matters is on Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th June at The Crystal in London’s Docklands. It features insight panels, innovation strategies, founder stories, pitches and thought-leadership from industry leading speakers from Unilever, Sainsbury’s, Carrefour Group, Danone to name just a few. Many exciting food startups will be in attendance including those focused on plant-based meat alternatives, insect ingredients, biotechnology, tech and kitchen management. There are plenty of opportunities to pitch to big brands and food tech investors. Selection will be via an application process open to all registered start-ups.
A packed agenda
There will be panel debates throughout the fast-paced two-day programme on themes such as:
- The global food tech trends driving future investment and innovation
- Founders ask the funders
- Next-gen technology and the future of food retail
- The future of protein and the meatless movement
- Food waste tech – using technology to combat global food and packaging waste
- Feeding the innovation process and managing the lifecycle of innovation
- Can food tech change the world?
All this is interspersed with networking, lunch and pitching sessions. The event promises a unique opportunity to share information about the latest food tech trends and developments and forge strategic partnerships. We hope to see you there!
